Suicide is the second leading cause of death in youth ages 10-24 years of age. Bully victims are between 2 to 9 times more likely to consider suicide than non-victims, according to studies by Yale University. We believe that by raising awareness, providing proper resources and training to our youth, their families and communities we will enact positive change towards these pressing issues. Bullying and Suicide are not just school issues. It’s up to us as a village, working together to enact change.
We are also addressing the identity crisis many of our youth face by helping youth develop a strong sense of self in 10 key areas of their lives including: Personality, Health & Wellness, Leisure, Spirituality, Money, Relationships, Higher Learning, Careers and Giving.
By educating, engaging and inspiring those that we serve, we are changing the trajectory of the youth culture! One person, one mind, one day at a time for a lifetime!
